DFWC residents have annual dues of $250 which are payable January 31st of each year.

• Late fees of $30/month begin accruing if dues are not paid by March 1st of each year.

Dues, deposits and fines can be paid via check or online through Square.  You will automatically receive your dues letter via email if we have yours on file but if you don't and would like to pay online,  please send an email with the included request and we will update our information.  Please remember, Square will charge a convenience fee to use the service. This is collected by and paid to Square not the HOA.
